This holiday season, Radiant Shepherd invites our community to join us in spreading warmth and hope through the Shepherd’s Light Drive — a heartfelt effort to collect new teddy bears and stuffed animals for children who have endured trauma and are now receiving care and support through our partner programs across the Greater Philadelphia area.
Each stuffed animal donated serves as more than just a toy — it’s a gesture of love, safety, and reassurance for a child navigating a difficult chapter in their story.
From November through mid-December, Radiant Shepherd will gather new stuffed animals that will be personally delivered to children in care before the holidays.
Drop off a new teddy bear or stuffed animal with one of our volunteers or at a local collection site. Each soft toy becomes a tangible reminder to a child that they are seen, loved, and not alone.
Help us collect donations in your community! Volunteers can set up collection boxes at schools, churches, offices, or local businesses, and invite others to contribute.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to earn community service hours and take part in meaningful outreach that directly impacts children in need.
If you prefer, you may make an optional monetary contribution. All financial gifts go directly toward comfort and care resources for children served through our programs.
For children healing from trauma, comfort can take many forms — a safe space, a trusted adult, or even something as simple as a soft teddy bear to hold during a hard moment.
Through the Shepherd’s Light Drive, we’re joining together as a community to remind every child that they are loved, that their story matters, and that there is light ahead.
November 1 – December 15, 2025
All collected donations will be personally gathered by the Radiant Shepherd team and delivered to children in care before the holidays.

Each act of giving — every stuffed animal, every dollar, every volunteer hour — becomes part of a greater light that reaches children in their most vulnerable moments.
Join us in wrapping them in love and light this season.
