6th-8th Grade Activity: Safe online practices

Objective: Teach students how to stay safe online and recognize potential dangers.

Materials

  • Printable "Online Safety Tips" and "Creating Strong Passwords" worksheet (Download Here)
  • Computers or tablets (Optional for Online Research)

Instructions

  • Discuss the importance of online safety and common online threats (e.g., cyberbullying, phishing, inappropriate content).
  • Distribute the "Online Safety Tips" and "Creating Strong Passwords" worksheet  and review each tip with the students.
